Nine people.
Two cities.
One brief.

TersLab is a boutique digital agency. Strategy, design, content, engineering and paid media sit on one team across Buenos Aires and Miami — so the brief is written once, and nobody has to translate it.

We are small on purpose.

Most agencies grow by adding layers. We grew by adding disciplines. Nicolás Duarte founded TersLab after ten years of growth and brand work inside other people's agencies, and built the thing those rooms never had.

A strategist, a designer, an engineer and a media buyer answering to the same brief, in the same week, in two languages. You will know every person who touches your account by name. That is the whole product.

Five rules we actually work by.

01

One team, one brief

Strategy, design, engineering and media sit on the same brief in the same week. Nothing is briefed twice and nothing waits in a queue between disciplines, because there is no queue — there is one room.

What that means on your account

One kickoff, one plan, and one person to ask when the plan changes.

02

You meet the people who do the work

The person in the kickoff is the person in the sprint. Every one of us is named further down this page. There is no account layer relaying your message to a team you never meet.

What that means on your account

Direct access to the people building it, not to someone reporting on them.

03

The work ships in cycles you can see

We run Scrum and Kanban, so priorities can move without the plan collapsing. The backlog stays visible, every cycle closes on what actually shipped, and you approve what goes out.

What that means on your account

A live board, and a record of what shipped in each cycle.

04

You keep what we build

Repositories, accounts, dashboards and design files exist in your name and are documented as they are made. We work under NDA on every project, and we train your team to run what we hand over.

What that means on your account

The source, the documentation, and a team that no longer needs us to read it.

05

Two markets, one standard

The team is split between Buenos Aires and Miami and works natively in Spanish and English. A US brand and a LATAM launch are each run by people who live in that market, against the same standard of work.

What that means on your account

One team, two markets, and no translation layer in between.

Nicolás Duarte

CEO

Ten years of growth and brand work for companies across the US and Latin America before founding TersLab. He writes the first brief on every account and stays on it through the sprints. If the strategy is wrong, it is his name on it.

Eight specialists.

The rest of the team, and what each of them is accountable for on your account.

  1. 01 Christian Martin CFO Prices every proposal before it reaches you, so the scope and the invoice describe the same project.
  2. 02 Daniela Melieni Creative & Design Director Owns the visual system on every account, and signs off on it before anything ships.
  3. 03 Franco Loyola Sr Software Dev Leads the builds, and writes the architecture the next developer has to read.
  4. 04 Magalí Colo Paid Media Buys and optimises the media, and reports the spend against what it returned.
  5. 05 Magalí Lopez Project Manager Keeps the calendar honest. If a date is going to move, you hear it before it moves.
  6. 06 Agustina Gianre Account Manager Your first call, and the person who knows the state of every deliverable without checking.
  7. 07 Alejandro Labastie Software Developer Maintains what we ship. The reason it still works six months later.
  8. 08 Constanza Silva Controller Audits the reporting, so the numbers you are shown are the numbers that happened.

Tell us what you are building.

Tell us the problem rather than the solution — what is failing, what you have already tried, and what it is costing you. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right lab for it.
