It depends on scope, on how big a team the work needs, and on your deadline — and we'd rather say that than quote a number we'd have to walk back. Tell us your range in the brief and we answer against it honestly: if your budget and the work don't meet, we'll say so in the first reply instead of on the third call.

Four stages: Positioning, Structure, Iteration, Handover. None of them ends in a slide — each hands over something your team can run without us. How long depends on which of the four you actually need, so tell us your deadline and we will tell you yes or no to it.

Neither is most of our work. We run out of Buenos Aires and Miami and we work across the US and LATAM. Your timezone against ours is on the clock at the top of this page.
